How does a day in the bay go?
Adrasan is a two-kilometre bay tucked between mountains in Antalya's Kumluca district. The Lycian Way passes right in front of our gate; the Suluada boats leave the harbour every morning. Here is what awaits once you step out of the garden.
Lycian Way Trails
Two of the best-loved sections of the 540 km Lycian Way pass through Adrasan. The Adrasan–Gelidonya Lighthouse leg takes about 7 hours; the lighthouse over the sea is one of the trail's landmark views. Heading north, the Adrasan–Olympos section is a 4–5 hour forest walk. Waymarks are red and white; we recommend an early start. We plan the route with you and pack your water and trail sandwiches.
Swimming in the Bay
Adrasan beach is 2 km long, a pebble-sand mix with a shallow entry — ideal for families with children. The walk from the garden takes 3–4 minutes. The rocks at either end of the bay are worth exploring with a snorkel, and the sea stays warm enough to swim from June until late October.
Suluada Boat Trip
Suluada — often called 'the Maldives of Turkey' — is Adrasan's most famous day trip, with white sand and turquoise water. Boats leave Adrasan harbour around 10:00 and return in the late afternoon; lunch is included on most tours. Spots fill up in high season — we can arrange your booking a day ahead.
Yoga in Nature
Adrasan is made for rolling out a mat in the morning cool, in the garden or on the beach. We lend mats to our guests; at sunrise the silence of the bay is all yours.
The Local Market
The tomatoes and jam fruit at our breakfast come from the local market. Among the stalls you will find village cheese, olive oil, seasonal vegetables and handicrafts. Ask us which day it runs and the nicest way to get there.
Getting Here
Antalya Airport is about 90 km away (1.5 hours). By car: follow the D400 towards Kumluca and take the Adrasan turn-off down to the bay. By public transport: bus from Antalya bus station to Kumluca, then the Adrasan minibus. Free parking on site; EV charging is available in Kumluca.
